6300 Cultivator with Scout 1 Guidance System

The Buffalo Cultivator has to be tough. It was born over 30 years ago when Buffalo broke new ground with ridge till. It delivers the highest levels of quality, durability and performance of high-speed, high-residue conditions.

6100 Cultivator

     

 

In addition to the standard 6000 features, the Model 6100 also features:

 

  • Semi-pneumatic, flat-free 4 1/2" X 16" tires with staggered lugs which allow the tire to rotate in loose soil without plowing or pushing
  • Light-weight, compact design for easy lifting
  • Shorter turning radius
  • Easy access with 19" main beam
  • Optional S-tine sweep package for potatoes and vegetables

In addition to the 6100 features, the Model 6140 also features:

 

  • Spring cushion sweep shanks for rocky conditions
  • Leaf-over-coil spring combination allows impact protection while maintaining proper operating position

Optional Equipment

Dirt Shields

   

 

Crop shields are available in hooded or open-top models. Hooded shields protect young plants from aggressive cultivating action. Open-top shields are the most fully-adjustable for any condition.

 

Ridging Wings

   

 

Patented, adjustable ridging wings gently push soil and residue into crop row to give your ridges the desired size and shape while covering small weeds next to crops.

 

Lift-Assist Wheel

   

 

The Buffalo lift-assist wheel aids the tractor in the lifting of heavy implements. Many options are available such as tank mounting brackets, 150-gallon tank, single and dual hitch kits and fertilizer kits.

Fertilizer Applicator Hitch

   

 

Designed to pull liquid or NH3 tanks in container quantities up to 1000 gallons.

 

Fertilizer Knife

   

 

Designed for between-row application of fertilizers, thus eliminating trips and saving time and money.

 

Disc Hiller Tube Bracket

   

 

Allows economical placement of liquid fertilizer near the plant in the root zone area.

 

Sweep Fertilizer Tubes

   

 

Inject liquid or NH3 fertilizer at the base of the crop row or ridge ensuring more accurate placement of fertilizer.
